Monday 4th November - Back to school @ 8:50am
Friday 13th December – Reception Reading Café with Year 2. Reception parents come and join us at 2:30pm to share a book with your child.
Monday 16th December - Nativity performance. Tickets will be available closer to the time.
Wednesday 18th December - Christmas Dinner Day
Thursday 19th December - FS & KS1 Reward assembly @ 9:10am. Parents are welcome to attend.
Friday 20th December - School closes for Christmas break @ 1:30pm
Monday 6th January - School re-opens for Spring Term @ 8:50am
Tapestry - Tapestry is our online learning journey and you can find more information about this under our 'Tapestry' icon. If you are new to Holy Rosary, we will be setting up your account during the first week and you will receive log in information. If you are having and problems with Tapestry please speak to Miss Pomfret.
Children must have their book bag in school on their reading day, as they will have the opportunity to read with an adult and practise their sounds. Occasionally reading days may be changed, and this will be placed on the Foundation Stage notice board. If you cannot remember your child's reading day, please speak to Miss Pomfret or alternatively book bags can be brought to school each day.
We also have our special 'Reach for the Stars' challenge where children will move up the chart if they read once a week. Once they have reached the stars at the top then they will have a raffle ticket entered into the draw, where they can win a prize at the end of each half term.
