Who can I contact for further information or if I have a complaint?

Handling Complaints from Parents of Children with Special Educational Needs

Your first point of contact is always the person responsible – in the first instance this will be the class teacher and then the SENCo.

 

Holy Rosary’s SENCO – Miss Pomfret

 

Explain your concerns to them first. If you are not satisfied that your concern has been addressed then speak to the Headteacher who will inform of the school’s complaints process.

If you do not feel the issues have been resolved, we will work together to ensure the best possible outcomes for your child.

We take all concerns very seriously and we are pleased to say that most are resolved at a very early stage. We value the partnership we have with parents and carers and aim to keep this positive at all times.
