Last week we celebrated history week with a focus on the history of our school. We had visits from ex-members of staff and the parish. We had visits from Mr Madden, Mr Brierley, Mr Devine, Mrs Morris and Mr Goas.
It was lovely to welcome them back into our school and the children gained a great deal by asking them questions. Our visitors loved sharing stories from their time at our wonderful school.

During the last few weeks, the children have been attending multiple sports events after school. The children have loved the competitive element of these and shown great pride in representing their school.
The girls who attended the football event were incredible and came first, winning the tournament.
Well done to those who attended and we look forward to attending more events in the future.

During the Autumn half term, six of our Year 6 children have been attending Hulme Grammar School’s “Mastering Maths” workshops!
