Rememberance Day

Date: 14th Nov 2025 @ 11:45am

This week our Faith Team led the whole school in a moment of prayer and reflection for Remembrance Day. Together as a school, we paused to remember all those who sacrificed their lives for peace and freedom.

The children also shared the symbolism of the poppy wreath — a powerful reminder of hope, courage and the promise that we will never forget.

“At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them.”

Anti-Bullying

Date: 14th Nov 2025 @ 11:44am

This week we invited Open View education to deliver workshops related to Anti-bullying. OpenView Education are Associate Members of the Anti-Bullying Alliance and specialists in delivering interactive, drama-based workshops that support children in: understanding what bullying is, how to respond confidently, and how we can all play a part in creating a kind school community. The children learnt lots of important messages and it has been great to see some of these in action.

Oldham Trophy Visit

Date: 27th Jun 2025 @ 9:16am

We were delighted to welcome Oldham FC to our school as they proudly brought along their winning trophy. The children were thrilled to see the trophy up close and hear about the team’s hard work and determination. It was an inspiring visit that encouraged our pupils to aim high and work together to achieve their goals!
